Beefy Bolognese penne pasta with Voras Flavors Smoked red Pepper Spread with garlic and basil

Ingredients:

  • 500gr penne pasta
  • 400gr minced beef
  • 200gr Voras Flavors Smoked Red Pepper Spread with garlic and basil
  • 1 onion finely cut
  • 1 pepper finely cut
  • 1 carrot finely cut
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200ml tomato paste
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil

Method:

Saute the onion in little olive oil and add the minced beef. Stir regularly with a fork until golden. Add salt, pepper, garlic, carrot, pepper and tomato paste. Allow to boil for about half an hour, add the pepper spread with garlic and basil and leave for another 5 minutes. Boil the penne pasta al dente and serve with the sauce.
