Potato tortilla with Voras Flavors Smoked Red Pepper Spread Mild

Ingredients:

  • 1kg potatoes
  • 500gr onions
  • Olive oil
  • 8 eggs
  • Salt, pepper
  • Voras Flavors Smoked Red Pepper Spread Mild

Method:

Peel the potatoes and onions and cut into thin slices. Take a nonstick pan 28cm width. Put some olive oil to heat and fry the potatoes with the onions over medium heat until soft. In a large bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper until fluffy and then put the potatoes and onions and stir to cover well. Pour some olive oil in the pan over high heat, pour the potato-egg mixture and spread evenly with a fork. Fry the omelet until half cooked, take a large plate and flip the it so the uncooked side touches the pan. Fry until cooked and remove from heat. Cut into portions and serve with smoked red pepper spread mild.
