Roasted potato stuffed with Voras Flavors Smoked Red Pepper Spread with anchovies

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes unpeeled
  • 200gr Voras Flavors Smoked Red Pepper Spread with anchovies
  • 100gr mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • Olive oil
  • Optionally 50gr grated cheese

Method:

Boil the potatoes for about 12 minutes and drain. Saute in little olive oil the onion and the mushrooms, add the pepper spread with anchovies and mix well. Turn on the oven to 210 degrees Celsius and then carve the potatoes with a knife one by one. Open them a little by hand and fill them. Place them on a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
