Ingredients:
- 4 chicken fillets
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, thyme
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 jar Voras Flavors Smoked Red Pepper Spread Mild
- 100gr grated Feta
Method:
Carefully wash the fillets and whipe with paper towel. Heat olive oil in a pan, add thyme and saute the fillets 7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Add the wine and then the pepper spread and the grated Feta. Mix well until it starts to boil, add salt and pepper, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
